New merchandise based on the TV anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End has been announced, featuring the beloved characters Frieren and Fern as kuikui seated plush figures.
The manga Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday (Shogakukan) with story by Kanehito Yamada and art by Tsukasa Abe, follows the journey of Frieren, a mage who has lived for over a thousand years, as she travels with new companions after the defeat of the Demon King by the hero's party. The currently available comic series has reached 15 volumes with over 35 million copies sold worldwide. The TV anime adaptation's second season aired from January 16 to March 27, 2026, and generated significant buzz with each episode. Season 3 of the TV anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, subtitled "Golden Land Arc," has been confirmed for broadcast on Nippon TV beginning October 2027.
