Hakutsuru Sake Brewing is refreshing its fall and winter sake lineup for 2026, with sales rolling out nationwide in stages from September 2026. The update includes one entirely new release, four renewed sizes of its dry sake pack series, four limited-time seasonal releases, and a renewed non-alcoholic sparkling drink.
New Release
The lineup's new addition is the Tokusen Hakutsuru Tokubetsu Junmai Namachozo Yamada Nishiki, a 720ml bottle brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture. It has an alcohol content of 13–14% and a reference retail price of ¥1,180 (excl. tax). It goes on sale from September 11, 2026.
Renewed Dry Sake Packs
The "Maru Karakuchi" dry sake pack series, made with 100% domestically grown rice, returns in four renewed sizes, also on sale from September 11, 2026:

Non-Alcoholic: Ginrei Sparkling
Hakutsuru's non-alcoholic option is also getting a refresh. The Hakutsuru Ginrei Sparkling is a 200ml bottle styled after daiginjo sake, with 0.00% alcohol content and about 8 kcal per 100ml. It has a reference retail price of ¥344 (excl. tax) and goes on sale from September 11, 2026.
