Kinmokusei (fragrant olive), cosmos, and rindou (gentian) are among the autumn flowers rendered alongside sparkling mineral motifs in this edible, art-like confection.

Kinmokusei, cosmos, kiku (chrysanthemum), dahlia, and keitou (cockscomb) — flowers that color the autumn season — join mineral motifs in this limited-edition kohakuto. At the center sits a Japanese-law twin crystal in apple cinnamon flavor, joined by a small red gem in cassis flavor, kinmokusei fragments in Nagasaki Saikai mandarin orange flavor, and a rich kokutou (brown sugar) flavor, among others.
