It keeps the same aroma and flavor experience HOLON has cultivated, offered as a drink that's easy to reach for in moments when alcohol isn't wanted — everyday life, a break at work, and more.
At the same time, HOLON's signature craft gin, HOLON GIN ORIGINAL, is also being relaunched with a renewal.
HOLON's Approach to Mindful Drinking
Since its founding, HOLON has proposed a way to bring mind and body into balance through the aroma and flavor of gin.
Its signature bottle, HOLON GIN ORIGINAL, is set at 35% alcohol by volume — lower than most gins — so that it can be enjoyed as a pleasant low-alcohol drink of around 3 to 5% when mixed with soda water and the like.
Amid growing interest in wellbeing, a new way of relating to alcohol called "Mindful-Drinking" — choosing whether to drink, and how much, based on one's mood and condition in the moment — is spreading around the world.
Drawn to this idea, HOLON is releasing a non-alcoholic drink with the same flavor as its gin, aiming to dissolve the line between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks so people can choose how to find their balance each day.

A craft non-alcoholic drink that recreates, at 0.00% alcohol, the deep, botanical aroma and the clear, crisp taste that define HOLON GIN ORIGINAL. It suits a break between tasks or a moment to unwind, and its clean finish pairs easily with food.
The aroma is built around plants mostly native to East Asia, centered on Japan. The fresh, grassy scent of igusa (rush) mingles with a faintly nostalgic sweetness, layered gently with the blue-tinted floral scent of hamanasu (Japanese rose), a rose native to Japan. Finally, the quiet, incense-like note of patchouli lingers in the aftertaste.
