About JAL SKY MUSEUM

JAL SKY MUSEUM is open to the public (fully reservation-based) as part of JAL's social contribution activities. It is an interactive museum where visitors can learn about aviation work and JAL's history while viewing real aircraft up close. The museum space is free to explore and features historical materials and services from JAL's founding era to the present, along with exhibits on what JAL staff do and how air travel safety is maintained. After touring the museum space, a JAL staff guide leads visitors through the actual maintenance hangars, where they can watch mechanics at work and see operational aircraft firsthand. A museum shop stocked with exclusive merchandise is also on-site, ideal for souvenirs.
※ Admission: Children (12 and under) free (children under elementary school age cannot enter); Adults (13 and over) ¥1,000 (tax included) per person
※ The maintenance hangar may be visited before the museum space, depending on the day's schedule.
※ Aircraft may not be present in the hangar due to maintenance or flight operations.
※ Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended, as the hangar floor may be uneven and involves stairs.
※ For facility details, see the official website.
JAL Archive Items on Display at the Hotel Lobby
The 5th-floor exclusive lobby for hotel guests at HOTEL METROPOLITAN TOKYO HANEDA features a display of rare JAL archive items, presented in cooperation with JAL.
