Sally Weil, the first head chef of "Hotel New Grand," which opened in Yokohama in 1927.

He brought freedom and innovation to Western cuisine in Japan, and was beloved by many gourmets for his bright and modern French-style cooking. As a "gentle orthodox school," this hotel shop inherits his achievements and techniques while proposing food and lifestyle that suits the current era. Hotel New Grand

Opened in 1927 (Showa 2) as a symbol of Yokohama's reconstruction after the Great Kanto Earthquake, Hotel New Grand is a classic European-style hotel.
