Hokkaido Iburi Comprehensive Development Bureau is holding an "Iburi Fair" at the Dosanko Plaza Sapporo store for one week starting Wednesday, February 4th.
Sale of Iburi Region Specialty Products (26 Businesses, 105 Products)
The event space inside the store will feature face-to-face sales by 14 businesses on a rotating daily basis, including Hokki Rice ("Hokki Gohan") from Hokukiya Co., Ltd. and Raw Semi-Dried Shishamo from Kanedai Ohno Shoten Co., Ltd.
Giveaway Lottery for Customers
A giveaway lottery where customers can win Iburi specialty products will be held for those who purchase ¥1,500 or more in total, including items from the Iburi Fair exhibitors.
Enjoy Iburi's Sake
- The eat-in corner will offer paid tastings of Iburi's alcoholic beverages (wine, sake, and craft beer).
- A "Wine & Sake Pairing Corner" will feature Iburi snacks that pair well with the drinks.
Greetings by "Iburi ONE-Jr." (Mascot Character)
Hokkaido Iburi Comprehensive Development Bureau's mascot character "Iburi ONE-Jr." will appear daily during the event period for greetings (times to be announced).

Tourism brochures from 4 cities and 7 towns within the Iburi region will be available, along with poster displays.
