IDOL:UnderCode (pronounced "Idol: Under Code"), a fan-participation IP project jointly developed by L&L Victor Entertainment Co., Ltd. and PANDORA Co., Ltd., begins TikTok LIVE streaming for five main characters starting July 2, 2026.
The five characters beginning streams today are Kirishima Akane, Shinonome Airi, Hanamura Hiyori, Asahina Matsuri, and Sakakibara Sayo.
IDOL:UnderCode links anime, VTuber, and game storytelling within the same world and timeline, building the story together with fans. Real-time conversation and support from fans during TikTok LIVE streams feed into future story developments, short anime, music, live events, and games, changing the course the characters take.

What Is IDOL:UnderCode?
IDOL:UnderCode is a fan-participation IP project themed around the "light" of being an idol and the "UnderCode" -- the darker side that exists beneath it.

Auditions Also Open for Six New Main Cast Members
Following the five members beginning streams today -- Kirishima Akane, Shinonome Airi, Hanamura Hiyori, Asahina Matsuri, and Sakakibara Sayo -- IDOL:UnderCode is also holding auditions for six main cast members to launch a new group.
The audition is seeking six candidates: 桃瀬 こころ, 天音 瑠奈, 朝倉 美空, 織部 紬, 七瀬 珠莉, and 雨宮 澪.
Successful candidates will debut as members of IDOL:UnderCode's new group, working as "XTubers" who go beyond the boundary between virtual and real -- taking part in VTuber streaming activities as their characters as well as live events, music, animation, and merchandise appearances in the real world.
The audition values not only a finished track record, but also genuine empathy with IDOL:UnderCode's worldview and the motivation to grow the characters and story together with fans.
Successful candidates will also receive support for the equipment and environment needed for streaming, guaranteed compensation during the training period, hands-on training in streaming know-how, and lesson opportunities at LLV ACTORS LABO, creating an environment where even those without experience can take on the challenge.
During the two-month training period, candidates attend a designated studio for 80 hours over 20 days to learn streaming know-how in a hands-on format. Monthly compensation of ¥100,000 is guaranteed during this period; from the third month onward, compensation shifts to a commission-based structure.
Applications are open until July 31, 2026. Members are expected to be finalized in early September 2026, with a debut planned for October 2026.
