Restaurant AVANTI at International Garden Hotel Narita (Narita City, Chiba) is holding a "Winter Casual Italian Fair" from November 1 (Sun) to December 31 (Thu), 2026. The buffet features dishes made with seasonal ingredients such as dried persimmon, porcini mushrooms, shungiku (garland chrysanthemum), and apples.
Seasonal Dishes from the Cold and Hot Counters
Cold dishes include "Pâté di Campagna," a pork-based pâté that locks in the flavor of aromatic vegetables and spices, and "Cream Cheese and Dried Persimmon Mousse with Iburigakko Sauce," which pairs Japanese ingredients. Hot dishes include classics such as "Caponata" and "Squid Ink Paella."
Live Performance Corner
A highlight of the fair is the live performance corner, where dishes are finished right in front of guests. Along with two types of freshly baked pizza, the pasta corner pairs sauces and pastas that differ by time of day, such as lunch-only "Porcini Mushroom Cream" and dinner-only "Whitebait and Shungiku Aglio e Olio," and serves the chef's recommended freshly made plate.
The hot dishes corner also offers roast beef. It can be paired with salad or, at lunch, sandwiched in freshly baked focaccia, so guests can enjoy it in their preferred style.
Desserts by the Pâtissier
The dessert counter features specialties from the pâtissier, including an "Apple Tart" topped generously with seasonal apples, a "Basque Cheesecake" with a fragrant surface and rich flavor, and a "Fromage Roll Cake" with a vivid orange cross-section.
A smooth "Cheese Pudding" and "Tiramisu" are also available, along with a pancake corner where toppings can be arranged freely.
