Restaurant AVANTI at International Garden Hotel Narita (Narita City, Chiba) is holding a "Japanese Italian & Wa Sweets Buffet" from April 1 (Wed) to June 30 (Tue), 2026. The buffet brings together Italian cuisine infused with Japanese ingredients and a selection of Japanese-inspired sweets all in one sitting.
Six Fresh Pasta Varieties at the Live Corner (Lunch Only)
At lunchtime, a live cooking corner offers six types of fresh pasta. The lineup includes "Octopus and Shiso Genovese," "Firefly Squid & Rapeseed with Semi-Dried Tomato," and "Cherry Shrimp & Pancetta Pink Carbonara," all combining Japanese ingredients with Italian techniques.

A standout dish is the "Unagi & Mountain Yam with Balsamic Sauce," which pairs plump unagi — a Narita specialty — with the crunchy texture of mountain yam and the acidity of balsamic vinegar.


Mains and Other Buffet Highlights
A slow-roasted beef dish is served with five different condiments including horseradish, wasabi, and a Japanese-style sauce. Other main dishes include "Pork Belly and White Miso & Madeira Wine Roast with Komatsuna" and "Chicken Breast Sanzoku-Yaki with Aonori-Flavored Potatoes."
For dinner, a "Beef Stew in Puff Pastry" is added to the buffet — slow-braised beef wrapped in a golden, flaky crust.
Japanese-Inspired Sweets Corner
The dessert section highlights ingredients like matcha, kinako, and black sugar. At lunch, "Kinako Bomboloni" — an Italian pastry with a Japanese twist — takes center stage. From May 7, "Fruit Daifuku" will be added to the weekday lunch lineup.



Other desserts available include Matcha Shortcake, Matcha Pudding, Shiratama Anmitsu, Mont Blanc Tart, and Black Sugar Cream Puffs.
