La Boutique de Joël Robuchon, operated by Four Seas Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo), is launching two cherry blossom-themed petit gâteaux for spring 2026. Starting February 15th, customers can enjoy the brand new Bear Choux Sakura and the beloved returning favorite Sakura Mousse at select locations through early April.
This year's spring collection features two distinct cherry blossom creations perfect for gifts or personal enjoyment. Both desserts capture the essence of spring with delicate sakura flavors and elegant presentations.
New Bear Choux Sakura

The adorable spring-themed bear choux pastry is decorated with cherry blossoms and a charming ribbon. Inside, sakura leaf-infused crème Chantilly combines with floral crème pâtissière, with a hidden layer of sweet-tart Griotte cherry compote. The result is a harmonious blend of spring's floral notes and refreshing flavors, with the delicate sakura aroma extending even to the light choux pastry. Two varieties of ear decorations are available, adding extra cuteness to these delightful treats.
Sakura - Cherry Blossom Mousse

This popular returning favorite features a chocolate cherry blossom decoration that embodies spring elegance. The dessert layers fluffy sakura mousse with vanilla cream, Griotte cherries preserved in sakura leaves, and pistachio sponge cake. The delicate spring fragrance unfolds with each bite, creating a truly seasonal experience.
