Starting Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM, the mobile strategy battle RPG Kingdom Ran: Road to Unification adds two new warriors — SR/UR Kanto and SR/UR Heirai — as Part 4 of the "8.5th Anniversary Festival" gets underway with a lineup of in-game campaigns.
New Warriors SR/UR Kanto and SR/UR Heirai
SR Kanto
Drawn to the Hi Shin Unit for holding its own even against squads made up of noble-born warriors, new recruit Kanto joins with a technique that damages enemy units within range while boosting various abilities of allied Hi Shin Unit forces. Fighting without breaking formation also unlocks his vice-general skill, which strengthens the attack and defense of all allied units — offering stable performance in battles where keeping allies alive matters most.
UR Kanto
Having passed a grueling selection trial and earned the expectations of veteran unit members, Hi Shin Unit recruit Kanto gains a new full-force reinforcement skill that boosts the attack of allied Hi Shin Unit warriors in Alliance Conquest Battles. At the Mastery Extreme state, his technique also gains an effect that boosts various abilities of allied Hi Shin Unit forces, making him especially effective in formations built around Hi Shin Unit warriors.
SR Heirai
Having endured a selection trial that tests the limits of stamina and willpower, new recruit Heirai joins the Hi Shin Unit with a technique that damages enemy units within range while lowering several of their abilities. He also nullifies a wide range of status ailments, including fear and poison, and boosts various abilities of his own unit and allied Hi Shin Unit forces whenever an ailment is nullified — giving him strong resistance to status effects and a role holding the front line steady.
UR Heirai
Having overcome a punishing physical trial to pass the Hi Shin Unit's selection exam, new recruit Heirai gains a new full-force reinforcement skill that boosts the defense of allied infantry warriors in Alliance Conquest Battles. At the Mastery Extreme state, he also gains a chance to add a "Gyupo" to solo quest victory rewards, making him useful for climbing the Gyupo capture rankings in Great Alliance Battles.
8.5th Anniversary Festival, Part 4
Kingdom Ran reached its 8.5th anniversary this summer, and Part 4 of the "8.5th Anniversary Festival" is now underway with a range of campaigns and gacha events for players.
1. 8.5th Anniversary Commemorative Cargo Pack Sale

The "[8.5th Anniversary] First Battle Night Sake Pack," offering discounted access to items such as Kanto's Valor and Heirai's Valor, is now available. Note that sale periods may differ by pack type.

Available once per day, this six-pull gacha set guarantees at least one UR warrior.

Available once per day, this six-pull gacha set guarantees at least one UR Reminiscence Card.
6. 8.5th Anniversary Wei ★6 Rank-Up Gacha

The 12th set guarantees a UR ★5 warrior, and the 15th set lets players choose a warrior from the "★6 Warrior Selection Box [Wei 9]."
7. Returning Alliance Conquest Battle ★6 Reminiscence Gacha
Period: August 16 (Sun), 6:00 PM – August 24 (Mon), 6:00 PM
Obtaining a "Conquest Skill Add Reminiscence Card" unlocks an Alliance Conquest Battle skill for the targeted warrior. Every "Conquest Skill Add Reminiscence Card" available from this gacha is a UR ★6 card, so the unlocked skill is already at maximum strength upon acquisition.
Bonus Drops for Fielding UR Kanto or UR Heirai
In the "剛と謀" event quests "飛道断つ趙四傑" and "暴乱無双！ 鉄面の狂戦士," fielding UR Kanto or UR Heirai adds extra drops of the exchange items "龐煖の矛" and "乱美迫の矛," making it easier to trade for reward items. Field the designated warriors to earn a haul of premium rewards.
