LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), published by WB Games. A Nintendo Switch 2 version is also planned, with its release date to be announced at a later date.

The game is an open-world action adventure that follows the story of young Bruce Wayne as he grows into Batman, Gotham City's hero. Drawing on 86 years of Batman history and blending it with LEGO's signature humor, the narrative begins with Batman's origins — including Bruce Wayne's training with the League of Shadows — before moving on to build bonds with allies such as Robin and Catwoman, and ultimately confronting the Joker and other supervillains.
The revamped combat system features a diverse range of actions including powerful strikes, combo attacks, counters, and takedowns. Both solo play and 2-player co-op are supported, with difficulty options ranging from beginner to advanced. Outside of combat, the game offers open exploration of Gotham City, vehicle controls, and Batcave customization.

Players who register for a new Warner Bros. Games account, or who already have one, can unlock the "Golden Age" Batsuit in the game.
