Mitacle Block is releasing a collaboration lineup with Puyo Puyo to mark the game's 35th anniversary, bringing eight characters — including Arle and Carbuncle — and the Puyo themselves to build-it-yourself block figures. The lineup includes single-character figures, six Puyo colors, a Battle Stage Set styled after the game's versus screen, and a 35th Anniversary Set. The World of Puyo Puyo, Now in Palm-Sized Block Figures
Puyo Puyo's colorful, approachable world comes to life in the build-it-yourself "Mitacle Block" figures. The lineup includes six Puyo colors — green, yellow, red, blue, purple, and Ojama — alongside eight characters: Arle, Carbuncle, Amitie, Ringo, Schezo, Rulue, Raffina, and Sig. Fans can display a favorite piece on its own, or mix characters and Puyo together to build their own corner of the Puyo Puyo world.
Mitacle Block figures render each character's charm in three-dimensional voxel form. Builders follow a 3D online assembly guide on a smartphone or PC, piecing the blocks together by hand. The experience is designed to be enjoyed both while building and while displaying the finished piece — one that "doesn't end at the purchase."
A Battle Stage Set recreates the game's familiar versus screen in block form, featuring Arle and Carbuncle. Paired with the separately sold Mini Puyo sets (three-piece sets in green/red/yellow and blue/purple/Ojama, ¥1,000 each, tax included), fans can rearrange the Puyo's colors and layout to build their own chain on the stage, just like on screen.
A 35th Anniversary Set is also available, bundling all eight characters, six Puyo, and the stage together to build, display, and rearrange as desired.
