The gallery was created by renovating a ward facility that had been used for housing, and has been developed as a collection and exhibition facility for paintings owned by the ward. The gallery aims to introduce paintings by artists connected to the area from various perspectives, creating opportunities for everyone to experience culture and arts, thereby promoting cultural development and enriching the lives of ward residents. Additionally, to increase awareness and value of Ota Ward's painting collection, research on local artists will be advanced and information will be disseminated.

In regional collaboration projects, workshops will be held where artists active in the ward and local residents interact and collaborate, creating spaces for regional exchange through joint creation and dialogue. Please visit us!
