The Dramatic Skin Sensor Base NEO Cool is a limited edition variation of the Dramatic Skin Sensor Base NEO — the No. 1 selling makeup primer brand in the market (IntAge SRI+, makeup primer category, cumulative sales by value, brand ranking, September 2024 to August 2025). The cool edition adds three cooling agents and a citrus floral fragrance to the original formula, making it especially suitable for hot and humid summer conditions.
The product incorporates "Humidity Auto Sensor" technology, which detects changes in external humidity and automatically adjusts moisture levels — keeping skin comfortable in both humid outdoor environments and dry, air-conditioned indoor settings.
The formula also contains "Poreless Jelly" derived from oil, which melts into the skin to blur and cover pores while adding translucency. Moisturizing serum ingredients are included to hydrate skin with each use. UV protection is provided at SPF50+ and PA++++.
NARUMIYA Characters Collaboration
This year's limited edition packaging features a collaboration with NARUMIYA Characters — the popular mascots from junior apparel brands that defined the 2000s and have recently been gaining renewed attention as part of the "Heisei Revival" trend.
