The "Milky Subway: The Galactic Limited Express — We Traveled to the Edge of the Galaxy! Exhibition" is heading to Shinsaibashi PARCO 14F PARCO GALLERY (1-8-3 Shinsaibashisuji, Chuo-ku, Osaka) from April 4 (Sat) to April 19 (Sun), 2026.
The exhibition celebrates the anime series Milky Subway: The Galactic Limited Express, the highly anticipated sequel to Milky Highway — a short animation released on YouTube in 2022 that has surpassed 11 million views. After touring PARCO locations in Ikebukuro, Sendai, and Nagoya, the exhibition is arriving in Osaka with photo spots that let visitors immerse themselves in the world of the series, behind-the-scenes looks at anime production, and additional content from the currently screening theatrical film Milky Subway: The Galactic Limited Express – Local Train to the Theater.
On opening day, April 4 (Sat), director, writer, character designer, and producer Kameyama Yohei will hold a sign event at SPACE 14 on the same floor.

About Director Kameyama Yohei
Born August 16, 1996. Having grown up with a passion for Western-style hand-drawn animation, Kameyama moved to California in the summer of 2016 with hopes of becoming an animator overseas. After finding that hand-drawn animation was no longer the mainstream in the West and developing an interest in 3D, he reconsidered his career path, left university in 2019, and returned to Japan. In 2020, he enrolled in a vocational school in Tokyo. In February 2022, he released the short animation Milky Highway as an independently produced graduation project, which went on to amass over 11 million views. After starting out as a freelancer — taking on music video and brand collaboration projects — he began production on the new series Milky Subway: The Galactic Limited Express in 2023.
