Netmarble has released a new update for its smartphone and PC action RPG MONGIL: STAR DIVE (developed by Netmarble Monster Inc.), adding new 5★ character Mabel along with a limited-time event and new story content.
New 5★ Character Mabel Joins the Roster
The new character Mabel, the "Inquisitor, Recorder of Reality and Phenomena Therein," is a kind-hearted and devout sister. She extends mercy even to former enemies, but delivers ruthless, unforgiving judgment against evil that cannot be forgiven.
Mabel is a Lightning-attribute Breaker who fights using a mysterious tome called Epigram as her weapon. Her ultimate skill, 「悪意、滅絶」, summons Epigram's executioner to deal powerful Lightning damage while also inflicting a Lightning weakening effect on enemies.
To mark this update, a three-week special event story titled "The Inquisitor's Holiday" is now underway, offering a behind-the-scenes story about Mabel. Players can also collect event-exclusive items to exchange for a variety of rewards.
The update also brings the "Special Mission with Mabel" and "Inquisitor Mabel's 7-Day Gift" campaigns, along with a new epic quest for Mabel titled "Reward Good, Punish Evil."
