About the Sake
The Meaning Behind "Enreisui (Erisu)"

Written with the characters "焔麗酔" and read as "Erisu" — echoing Eris's name — the product name packs her character into three characters:
- 焔 (honoo, "flame") — the fiery passion and intensity Eris carries within
- 麗 (uruwashii, "beautiful") — the composed elegance beneath her fighting spirit
- 酔 (you, "intoxicated") — the feeling of being captivated by her charm
A New Illustration: Eris in Kimono, Sake Cup in Hand

The label features an original illustration of Eris dressed in a red floral-patterned kimono, seated with her legs to one side while gently holding a small sake cup. Her gaze meets the viewer directly, her usual headstrong energy softened into a quieter, more alluring composure.
The artwork is also designed as a mirror-image composition to the label of the previous release, "Rokisui," featuring Roxy — those who already own that bottle can display the two side by side.
Brewed by a 300-Year-Old Brewery in Gifu

Brewing is handled by Nakajima Shuzo Co., Ltd. in Mizunami, Gifu Prefecture. Founded in 1702, the brewery has spent more than 300 years centered on the philosophy of crafting "sake to enjoy with meals."
A Fruity, Well-Balanced Junmai Ginjo

The aroma is gentle and fruity, opening into a soft, rounded sweetness on the palate with a crisp, clean finish. Full specifications are listed in the product overview below.
Enjoy It Chilled or Warmed
The sake is designed to be enjoyed at any temperature, from a refreshing chilled pour to a richer, fuller-bodied warmed serving, suiting a range of meals and occasions.
Season 3 began airing weekly in July 2026, making Enreisui a bottle to enjoy chilled through the summer and warmed once autumn arrives. It pairs especially well with sashimi and dishes made with dashi stock.
