Nexus Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), operator of the Saketsunagi Project, has teamed up with RiceWine Co., Ltd., which runs the time-themed sake brand HINEMOS, to release a collaboration sake marking the 15th anniversary of the TV anime STEINS;GATE. The Saketsunagi Project handled the planning and production of this collaboration.
These collaboration bottles are themed around four characters — Okabe Rintaro, Makise Kurisu, Shiina Mayuri, and Amane Suzuha — finished with a special printing method that applies the design directly onto the bottle. Reservations open on July 28, 2026 (Tuesday) at 1:00 PM via the HINEMOS special site, with delivery expected in early October 2026.

Printing Directly Onto the Bottle
Rather than a conventional adhesive label, the bottles use screen printing that applies the design directly onto the glass. The TV anime STEINS;GATE is based on 想定科学ADV『STEINS;GATE』, the second installment in the Science Adventure series.
The story is set in Akihabara in the summer of 2010. Okabe Rintaro, a college student who can't shake his chuunibyou tendencies, has founded the "Future Gadget Laboratory" and spends his days inventing gadgets of unclear purpose. One day, he unexpectedly creates a "time machine" capable of sending emails to the past. Unable to contain his excitement over this century-defining invention, he repeatedly tampers with the past out of curiosity. As a result, Okabe and his friends find themselves facing a great tragedy that engulfs the world... and to avert that tragedy, Okabe's solitary battle begins.
