NAMJATOWN Celebrates 30th Anniversary with One of the World's Largest Taiko no Tatsujin Attractions

NAMJATOWN, the indoor theme park in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, planned and produced by Bandai Namco Experience Inc., celebrates its 30th anniversary on July 6, 2026 (Monday).

The 30th anniversary key visual, first unveiled on June 19 (Friday), has a festival theme. It features the cabinet of one of the world's largest Taiko no Tatsujin attractions, "Taiko no Tatsujin: Don to Dekkai Omatsuri da Don," which launches on July 6, characters Mametch and Kuchipatch from the Nintendo Switch title "Tamagotchi no Puchi Puchi Omise'cchi Omachido~sama!" — whose collaboration event begins July 20 — and monster legend-class fish from the popular NAMJATOWN attraction "ナジャヴの爆釣りスピリッツ," together capturing the festive spirit of NAMJATOWN's 30th anniversary.

Details on the interior of the "Taiko no Tatsujin: Don to Dekkai Omatsuri da Don" area as well as dessert and food offerings have also been announced. The attraction area features five massive drums arranged around a central yagura tower, creating a symbol of the park's festival theme. A wide range of food and desserts is also available, along with original products such as tamago boro and acrylic keychains themed after "Taiko no Tatsujin: Don to Dekkai Omatsuri da Don."

On the 30th anniversary day itself, July 6, 2026 (Monday), a 30th anniversary ceremony will be held at the Sunshine City fountain plaza.
