An offline event celebrating the 4th anniversary of the service launch of GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE (hereafter "NIKKE") will be held at the Akihabara Daibiru Building Event Space on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2026. The event is titled "Everyone Assemble at the Promised Land! IN Akihabara" (約束の地へ、全員集結！ IN 秋葉原). NIKKE is a gun girl RPG produced by the global game brand Level Infinite in partnership with the game developer SHIFT UP.
The venue will feature giant character balloons and eye-catching floor 3D art. Visitors can also enjoy live drawing by painter moe notsu, appearances by cosplayers and life-size costumed characters, and an experience in which Commanders ring the "Victory Bell" themselves.
Visitors who collect stamps around the venue can join a prize draw for a 4th-anniversary limited acrylic stand. A stamp rally is also held, allowing visitors to share their love for their favorite Nikke on social media while enjoying the exhibits and attractions.
Admission is free, and the event is open to Commanders who have played NIKKE for years as well as to those just getting to know the game.
Giant Balloons, Floor 3D Art, and the "Victory Bell"
The venue offers many exhibits and attractions that bring the world of NIKKE into a real space. One highlight is the large-scale floor 3D art. Three-dimensional artwork spread across the floor creates a special display that places the world of NIKKE right in front of visitors. It is a chance to experience the world usually seen on a game screen at a scale only the venue can offer.
On Saturday, November 7, painter moe notsu will also hold a live drawing session. Visitors can watch up close as the work takes shape one brushstroke at a time, a rare opportunity. The sense of presence unique to a live performance is something that cannot be felt by viewing only the finished piece.

A giant character balloon greets visitors at the venue entrance. A display area for the 4th anniversary key visual is also set up, and the photo spots add color to the venue.
Another highlight is the "Victory Bell" experience. As the name suggests, it is a special attraction where cosplayers at the venue and players can ring a bell together. Visitors can ring the bell in commemoration of the 4th anniversary, with thoughts of their favorite Nikke.
Five Cosplayers and Life-Size Costumed Characters
Five cosplayers dressed as NIKKE characters will appear at the 4th anniversary event. The Nikkes familiar from the game show up at the real-world venue, adding even more color to the event. Seeing the characters' costumes up close is one of the pleasures unique to an offline event.
Three life-size costumed characters (kigurumi) are also scheduled to appear at the venue.

Stamp Rally With a 4th-Anniversary Limited Acrylic Stand to Win
In addition to the exhibits and attractions, a stamp rally is held as visitors move around the venue. To take part, visitors pick up a stamp rally card at the venue and take on the missions set up in each area. After collecting stamps by taking photos and posting messages about their favorite Nikke, visitors can try a prize draw for a 4th-anniversary limited acrylic stand.
How to Take Part in the Stamp Rally
1. Floor 3D Art and Key Visual Area
Take a photo in each of the floor 3D art area and the key visual area, and post them to X (formerly Twitter) with the hashtag "#NIKKE4周年". Show the post screen to the venue staff to receive one stamp in each area, for a total of two stamps.
2. "Victory Bell" Experience
Post a message to your favorite Nikke on X with the hashtag "#NIKKE4周年". Show the post screen to the staff to take part in the "Victory Bell" experience, and receive one stamp after the experience.
3. Collect Stamps and Try the Prize Draw
Once all the stamps are collected, head to the Goods Exchange Area, which is the goal. Draw one lottery ball, and depending on the color drawn, one limited acrylic stand is given as a gift.
