Sophisticated Parfaits with Champagne Aroma in a Premium Setting
Available at three locations—Ginza Main Store, Nagoya Store, and Grand Front Osaka Store—the new menu features parfaits and waffles generously topped with strawberries and infused with the rich aroma of champagne.
The chocolate ice cream is flavored with "Marc de Champagne," a grape-based distilled spirit from the Champagne region, adding depth and complexity to the taste.
Starting February 21, these three stores will also offer "Ichigo Mania" (Strawberry Mania), a parfait featuring multiple strawberry varieties in one dessert. Visitors can enjoy these seasonal delights in Pierre Marcolini's refined atmosphere.
Turbine Minute Locations Offer Parfaits and Waffles with Rich Ganache
At stores featuring "Turbine Minute"—freshly churned ice cream available anytime—including Coredo Muromachi Terrace, Minamo Hiroshima, Fukuoka Iwataya, and One Fukuoka Building, the menu includes parfaits and waffles with strawberry sorbet and chocolate ice cream paired with two types of rich ganache monte, creating a delightful contrast with fresh strawberries.
