513BAKERY, a bakery chain with 15 stores across Hokkaido, Tokyo, Aichi, and Mie, is holding two fairs simultaneously from April 2026: the "Chewy Bagel Fair" and the "Spring Gourmet Bread Fair Vol. 2."
The bagels in the Chewy Bagel Fair are made using "Amyulia," a high-dietary-fiber wheat flour from Nisshin Flour Milling Inc., giving them a firm, chewy bite. Five varieties are available, from classic plain and cheese to salt, matcha, and apple cinnamon raisin. The Spring Gourmet Bread Fair Vol. 2 brings together 9 items including original burgers, panini, and French bread, all packed with seasonal flavors. A new spring croissant lineup is also being introduced.
※ Eat-in orders are subject to 10% consumption tax.
※ Prices and available items may vary by store.
Chewy Bagel Fair
All bagels in this fair use "Amyulia," a high-dietary-fiber wheat flour from Nisshin Flour Milling Inc.

Plain Bagel — ¥160 (tax included ¥172)
A simple, chewy bagel packed with dietary fiber. The natural flavor of the ingredients comes through cleanly, making it versatile enough for any meal or occasion.

Cheese Bagel — ¥230 (tax included ¥248)
A chewy, fiber-rich bagel loaded with cheese swirled inside the dough, then topped with more cheese and baked to a golden finish.

Salt Bagel — ¥230 (tax included ¥248)
A savory, fiber-rich bagel seasoned with rock salt and butter. The natural sweetness of the dough and the saltiness are well-balanced.

Matcha Bagel — ¥230 (tax included ¥248)
A chewy, fiber-rich bagel made with fragrant matcha dough and white chocolate chips swirled inside. The slight bitterness of matcha pairs nicely with the sweetness of the white chocolate.

Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bagel — ¥230 (tax included ¥248)
A chewy, fiber-rich bagel with aromatic cinnamon dough, filled with syrup-soaked apple pieces and raisins.
Spring Gourmet Bread Fair Vol. 2

Menchi Katsu Burger — ¥320 (tax included ¥345)
A juicy menchi katsu (ground meat cutlet) drizzled with a special sauce, sandwiched with cabbage and lettuce. The rich sauce complements the juicy cutlet perfectly.

Salmon Fry Burger — ¥320 (tax included ¥345)
A crispy fried salmon fillet sandwiched with a generous portion of tartar sauce. The mild acidity of the tartar sauce pairs well with the rich, fatty salmon.

Homemade Hamburger (Teriyaki Egg) — ¥350 (tax included ¥378)
A hand-formed homemade hamburger patty coated in teriyaki sauce, sandwiched with a fluffy egg salad. The sweet-and-savory teriyaki sauce and the mild creaminess of the egg make for a great combination.

Homemade Hamburger (Cheese) — ¥350 (tax included ¥378)
A hand-formed homemade hamburger patty topped with demi-glace sauce and cheddar cheese sauce. The rich demi-glace and creamy cheese sauce create an irresistibly satisfying bite.

Shrimp Katsu Burger — ¥460 (tax included ¥496)
A shrimp cutlet packed with umami, paired generously with chunky tartar sauce. The springy texture of the shrimp makes for a filling, satisfying burger.

Napolitan Pizza French — ¥260 (tax included ¥280)
A baguette spread with pizza sauce and ketchup, topped with sausage, bacon, onion, bell pepper, and cheese, then baked in a Napolitan style. The crispy texture and savory aroma are appetite-whetting.

Grilled Potato Mayo Mentaiko French — ¥270 (tax included ¥291)
A baguette topped with chunky potato salad, mentaiko (spicy cod roe) sauce, mayonnaise, and cheese, then grilled. The fluffy potatoes and mentaiko spread out with each bite — also great as a snack with drinks.

BBQ Chicken Panini — ¥320 (tax included ¥345)
A hearty panini spread with spicy, rich barbecue sauce and filled with plenty of chicken, finished with cheese on top and pressed until golden.

Spring Cabbage and Shirasu Panini — ¥320 (tax included ¥345)
A panini made with spring cabbage and Awaodori chicken (a Tokushima brand chicken) salad, topped with seasonal shirasu (whitebait) and baked. A hint of grain mustard adds a nice accent.
April New Arrivals: Seasonal Croissants

Palm Croissant — ¥120 (tax included ¥129)
A palm-sized version (about 7.5 cm wide) of the popular fermented butter croissant. Easy to eat and perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Sakura Mochi Croissant — ¥160 (tax included ¥172)
A croissant baked with sakura mochi (cherry blossom-flavored rice cake) inside. The fragrance of cherry blossoms and the sweetness of smooth red bean paste pair beautifully with the buttery, flaky croissant — a Japanese-Western fusion worth trying.

Kinetsuki Sawa Mochi Croissant (Yomogi) — ¥180 (tax included ¥194)
Made with "Kinetsuki Sawa Mochi," a certified Shima Brand product from Shima City, Mie Prefecture. The sawa mochi is filled with Hokkaido azuki bean paste and features a refined flavor with subtle yomogi (mugwort) aroma and a hint of saltiness. The flaky croissant exterior and the crisp, chewy mochi inside offer two contrasting textures at once — a spring-perfect treat.
