About THE FOUNTAIN BOY

"THE FOUNTAIN BOY" is Hirohiko Araki's first public art/stained glass installation, part of the "Osaka Station West District Art Project WARP." The artwork symbolizes Osaka Station's history and tradition, taking inspiration from the iconic "Fountain Boy" statue that was displayed at the station's second-generation building for 103 years.
The piece features a stained glass circle (2m diameter) installed within a black sphere structure (2.8m diameter). It is currently on display at INOGATE OSAKA, 1st floor.
