A teaser site has opened for PROTOCOL: NOAH, a visual novel adventure for PC (Steam) and the first title from Sinen Studio Co., Ltd. The game is scheduled for release in November 2026 and is currently exhibiting at Steam Next Fest.
About PROTOCOL: NOAH
PROTOCOL: NOAH is a scenario adventure game in which the player becomes a "Tuner" and adjusts the minds and bodies of girls fighting the Phantoms. The story is set in Academy City Ark, where the battle against the mysterious enemy known as the Phantoms continues. Rei, the Tuner, talks with the heroines Serena, Rin, and Nanano and deepens his bonds with them as he prepares to face a threat looming on Day 5. But when the ending of Day 5 arrives, the world returns to Day 1 once again. The story follows the mystery of the repeating five days and the truth behind the world.
Conversation Choices and "Tuning" Change the Ending
The story starts on Day 1 and reaches an ending after a cycle of five days.
Conversation choices with the heroines change parameters, and the results determine which ending the player reaches, making this a multi-ending game. A "Tuning" action performed partway through the story can also move any chosen parameter significantly. The accumulation of the player's choices shapes the heroines' fates and the outcome of the story.
13 Endings, 9 of Them Full-Animation "Death Ends"
The story, which runs to more than 200,000 characters, branches into 13 endings, nine of which are "Death Ends" depicted in full animation. The bad endings take the form of these despairing Death Ends.
Cinematic Art with 200+ CG Illustrations and 2.5D Motion
More than 200 still illustrations are enhanced with 2.5D movement, emphasizing the characters' emotions and the tension of each scene to deepen immersion in the story.

Development in About Half a Year
Sinen Studio began developing this game one month after the studio was founded in April 2026, and plans to release it about half a year after development started. The studio aims to balance quality and speed with a small team of members experienced at major game companies and a development process that actively incorporates the latest technologies, including AI. It says it intends to keep producing impactful titles with this development structure.
