The fair showcases three specially crafted tarts designed to celebrate the arrival of spring. Featured items include the "Crystal "Le Garre" Cream Cheese Mousse Tart with Sakura Flavor," featuring luxurious French cream cheese mousse infused with cherry blossom essence; the "Naruto Kintoki 'Satomusume' from Satoura, Tokushima and Sesame Tart," inspired by cherry blossoms floating on water; and the "Strawberry and Custard Pudding Tart," with strawberries arranged like flowers. Each bite offers a gentle, refreshing moment reminiscent of spring sunshine.

About Qu'il fait bon
Qu'il fait bon is a tart specialty store that opened in 1991. Since opening, the shop has featured tarts made with abundant seasonal fruits and carefully selected ingredients. The large showcase in the center of each store displays approximately 20 varieties of colorful tarts at all times.
The store name "Qu'il fait bon" means "what lovely weather" in French.
