A chocolate version of Blue Bottle's popular Tonka Cheesecake debuts for the LOVE DAY season. Developed in collaboration with Chef Jérôme Quilbeuf, who trained in Paris and served as head chef at the Michelin three-star restaurant Sant Pau in Spain, this dessert uses luxurious 70% cacao chocolate. The rich chocolate aroma harmonizes with brown sugar's subtle caramel sweetness, while tonka bean provides an elegant finish with lingering depth in every bite.

This LOVE DAY seasonal cookie uses Belgian butter and domestic wheat flour for a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Rich cocoa is kneaded into the dough and bitter cocoa powder is dusted on top, creating deep, multi-layered cocoa flavor. Raisins soaked in aromatic rum complement the rich fermented butter, while vanilla and rum aromas create a sophisticated adult flavor. Pairs excellently with bold coffee or espresso.

A collaboration with "Toshouan," a bean paste maker in Kyoto's Horikawa Sanjo with over 70 years of history, this "Blue Bottle Yokan" is designed specifically for coffee. The Terrine Chocolat uses white bean paste, butter, and luxurious 99% cacao couverture chocolate. Chocolate flavor fills the mouth instantly, while the bean paste flavor remains distinct in this unique yokan. Using "Marc de Champagne," the finest grape marc brandy made from Champagne grape pomace, the flavor is further deepened. Perfect as a gift for loved ones or to accompany your own rich coffee time.
