Using the RORRY D5-10000
Impressed by the Compact 10,000mAh Palm-Sized Design
The most impressive aspect of using the D5-10000 was its compactness.
This size fits in the palm of your hand with 10,000mAh capacity.

Having tried several mobile batteries before, 10,000mAh models typically have considerable size. This is also related to output capacity.

For brief outings, I often chose around 5,000mAh mobile batteries for their lighter weight, but since using the D5-10000, "This is perfect even with 10,000mAh" has become my feeling.
Recently, I've been reviewing my mobile work setup. I'm moving away from iPad + Magic Keyboard and wanted to reduce the weight of my mobile battery.
Since the charging targets are iPhone and iPad, 5,000mAh feels slightly insufficient for backup.
The current mobile battery felt too large. When I was feeling this way, this perfectly replaced it, and I'm impressed.

Sufficient Output Power
The D5-10000's output is maximum 22.5W for a single port,
which may seem slightly modest compared to the latest mobile batteries.
However, while it doesn't charge at high speed, I found it to be adequate.
I actually tested it with an 11-inch iPad Pro (M1), and it charged properly even during use. With a maximum of 22.5W, I thought it would just maintain the charge, but this result was reassuring.

Of course, more power is always better, but if it's a trade-off with size and weight, the current minimum usable power seems just right.
However, simultaneous charging totals 15W, which makes tablet use difficult. Simultaneous use is more of a bonus feature or for charging small devices.

It also supports pass-through charging, but the output drops somewhat, so using it while charging a tablet is difficult. It's better suited for small devices like earphones or slow charging overnight.
Cable-Less Design is Easy to Use
Another major reason for its portability is the cable-free usage.

It offers two charging methods: "USB-C connector for direct connection" and "cables that can be comfortably carried as straps." The ability to carry them naturally without compromising the design is an excellent feature. Additionally, a Lightning cable is provided, so those using older iPhones can use it with confidence.
For iPhone (smartphone) charging, MagSafe is undoubtedly convenient.
However, there are heat generation issues, and I feel that wired charging is ultimately the most stable, so I personally like direct plug-in type mobile batteries.
While I called the size compact, since it's 10,000mAh, it's still noticeably larger than 5,000mAh models even for direct plug-in types. When directly connecting to an iPhone for charging, the size is as shown. It's not unusable, but it feels somewhat too large.
For use while charging, using the included cable might be better.

Direct connection to iPad was also possible, so for tablets, direct plug-in charging without space concerns seems convenient. However, since weight is added, there's a possibility of connector damage due to load. If you use it this way, please do so at your own risk.

Apple Watch User-Friendly
The D5-10000 includes an Apple Watch charging module.
Since battery life is the only weakness of Apple Watch, having a module on a mobile battery you can charge anytime is greatly appreciated.

If it's naturally integrated into a mobile battery you carry daily, you can rest assured even in emergencies.
Simple Textured Design
Previous RORRY mobile batteries had a silicone-like material feel with a somewhat clunky impression. However, the D5-10000 has been updated with a textured material, giving it a much more premium feel. It passes the design test.

The mirror-finished section features a subtly integrated LED display showing battery level, which serves as a nice accent.
