From May 1 to June 30, 2026, The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho is offering the "Rose Bouquet Parfait" at All-Day Dining OASIS GARDEN on the 36th floor. The dessert is inspired by the roses that bloom across Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho each spring, and is presented as a sweet way to express gratitude or affection — making it a thoughtful choice for Mother's Day or for sharing a special moment with loved ones.
Rose Bouquet Parfait
The glass is built up with crumble, creamy panna cotta, griotte cherry compote, white wine jelly, flaky pastry, and pistachio cream. On top sits a refreshing lime sorbet, over which hand-crafted roses are arranged in multiple colors: orange-tinted peach compote petals made one by one, pink peach mousse, elderflower cream cheese, and yellow mousseline. Raspberry and rose sauce complete the flavor.
