Starting June 16, 2026, Chishaku-in Saryo Kikyo — a tea salon within the historic Chishaku-in temple grounds in Kyoto — will offer a wa-modern shojin afternoon tea made exclusively from plant-based ingredients, available by reservation only and limited to 10 servings per day.
