"Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" The Super Live is a unique performance show that sets itself apart from the traditional "Sailor Moon" musical series. This spectacular show combines dance, video projection, and special effects in a fast-paced format featuring both performance and live segments. The show premiered with a Tokyo preview in 2018, followed by performances in Paris in November 2018, New York and Washington D.C. in March 2019, and Taipei in April 2023.
In 2025, the show returned with new direction by Kaori Miura, touring London in February-March and North America in March-April, attracting a total of approximately 55,000 audience members.
For the Japan return performances, audiences will experience double casting with two teams: "Team UK," featuring Yui Yokoyama who played Sailor Moon/Usagi Tsukino during the London run, and "Team US," featuring Riko Tanaka who performed the role during the North American tour.
