This special afternoon tea showcases carefully selected seasonal strawberries from across Japan. Guests can enjoy tasting and comparing the unique sweetness and texture from each region.
The lineup features gorgeous cherry blossom-themed sweets that delight both the eyes and nose with spring essence. Highlights include a Tochi Aiika mini parfait, Beni Hoppe strawberry daifuku, Skyberry yuzu cream puff, Amaou matcha cake, and white strawberry sakura jelly—each variety offering its own distinct strawberry experience.
Two types of scones (plain and sakura) are served with clotted cream and sakura condensed milk jam for a luxurious pairing. The savory selection includes sakura shrimp, smoked duck, and sakura panna cotta, all designed to highlight spring colors and flavors.
