The Tigre [Butter] is a soft baked cake topped with salt chocolate, where the richness of butter is enhanced by the mellow saltiness of mozuku salt, complementing the gentle sweetness of the chocolate. The Sablé Fromage [Kumquat] is a crispy sablé featuring Gouda cheese produced in Hokkaido, kumquat paste from Miyazaki Prefecture, and Awaji Island mozuku salt, baked into the dough.

Grass-fed butter combined with Awaji Island mozuku salt is baked into a moist cake base, then finished with a topping of salt chocolate. The richness of the butter is drawn out by the mellow saltiness of the mozuku salt, bringing the gentle sweetness of the chocolate into balance.
