Cacaotier Gokan (カカオティエゴカン), a chocolatier based in Koraibashi, Osaka, that also takes a bean-to-bar approach (a method that handles everything from selecting the cacao beans to finishing the chocolate), is running a pop-up shop at Hanshin Umeda Main Store from Wednesday, October 28, 2026 to Tuesday, May 11, 2027, a period of about six and a half months. The shop is in Sweets Event 2 (スイーツイベント2) on the first basement floor, and its product lineup changes with each season.
At the pop-up, the shop sells petit gâteaux available only at Hanshin Umeda. It is also taking reservations for "Cacaotier Advent (Calendrier de l'Avent du Cacaotier)," an Advent calendar of 24 small boxes that you open one a day to count down the time until Christmas.

Petit Gâteaux

Three kinds of petit gâteaux are sold at the pop-up. Origin Vietnam and Fig Orange are available only at Hanshin Umeda. Each costs ¥756 including tax (¥700 before tax).
Origin Vietnam (オリジンベトナム)
A chocolate mousse made with chocolate produced within 60 days of harvest from Vietnamese cacao beans (in the cacao mass). It lets you enjoy the fruity flavor native to Vietnamese cacao beans.
Fig Orange (フィグオランジュ)
A ganache cake made with bitter chocolate that carries a concentrated fruit flavor. Semi-dried figs and orange add texture, and the rich aroma of orange liqueur spreads.
Chocolat Framboise (ショコラフランボワーズ)
Dark chocolate that recalls red fruits and milk chocolate with a creamy richness are paired with raspberry, which goes well with both.
Cacaotier Advent (Calendrier de l'Avent du Cacaotier), Reservations Only

The chocolatier has packed 24 bonbons au chocolat, petits fours, and baked sweets, chosen for their cacao origins and flavors, into small boxes one by one. Opening one box a day lets you enjoy the time leading up to Christmas.
- Pickup: Sunday, November 22 to Tuesday, December 15, 2026
Cacao Sand (カカオサンド)

One of Cacaotier Gokan's popular items. A baked sweet in which a thick chocolate sablé sandwiches a rich chocolate ganache. "Madagascar Vanilla" and "Marron Glacé" are available as limited-time flavors. It is an easy choice for a small gift or present.
Nama Chocolate Financier (生チョコフィナンシェ)

A financier that brings together the rich flavor of browned butter and the deep taste of cacao. Domestic butter is carefully browned and cocoa powder is added to bring out richness and a toasty aroma in the batter. A ganache of sweet chocolate with 58% cacao is tucked inside, and the financier is baked moist.
Bonbon Chocolat (ボンボンショコラ)

Made by a pâtissier with a straightforward wish to create something simply delicious, each piece is crafted with great care. The chocolates are described as small jewels, with the finished image of a plated dessert or a tableau (painting) sealed into a single piece.
Other Items
The pop-up also carries Cacao Biscuit (カカオビスケット), Trois Cacao (トロア・カカオ), and Chocolate Éclair (エクレールショコラ), the last of which is limited and sold from 2:00 PM daily.
The product lineup may change without notice.
