About the Game
SANGOKUSHI BOND is a deck-building roguelite army battle game in which players command Three Kingdoms generals in strategic warfare. The game eliminates action controls, reflexes, and pay-to-win mechanics entirely. At 800 yen (tax included) as a one-time purchase, every player competes on a completely level playing field.
Players work alongside a strategist to recruit generals offered at random through a draft system, build formations on the battlefield, and try to read the opponent's strategy. Each match lasts approximately 10 minutes, with outcomes decided purely by thinking — not luck. Wins and losses always have a reason, making it a deeply intellectual competitive experience.
6 Key Features
[1] A "Complete Draft System" That Generates a New Strategy Every Match
Fixed "template lineups" and optimized builds from strategy guides have no place here. The fully randomized draft — in which players select generals from a different set each match — guarantees a unique strategy every time. Reading the best general for the situation and adapting to a constantly shifting battlefield is what the game demands.
[2] Form the Ultimate "BOND" Across History
The combination of generals recruited during a match can dramatically alter the course of battle. By recognizing affinities and skills between generals, players can trigger powerful synergies called "BONDs." Building a dream team that ignores history and unleashing unexpected combos to flip the board is the heart of the experience.
[3] 100+ Fully Original General Illustrations
Over 100 generals featuring fully original artwork drawn by talented illustrators are included, with more to be added through updates. Striking, high-energy visuals bring the battles of the Three Kingdoms era to vivid life.
[4] Zero Action Elements — Pure Strategic Competition on Equal Footing
Combat requires no complex controls and offers no pay-to-win upgrades. Every player competes under exactly the same conditions in a game of pure strategy. The goal is to master placement, formations, and skill timing to command a great army.
[5] Two Competitive Modes — "Synchronous" and "Asynchronous" — Each Resolved in 10 Minutes
The game features two modes: a "Synchronous" mode for real-time matchups and an "Asynchronous" mode for challenging opponents' formations at your own pace. There is no lengthy grinding or level-up requirements — every match delivers a dense strategic experience within 10 minutes.
[6] Compete with Players Worldwide
An SNS community for connecting players and official tournaments are also planned. Global matchmaking targeting Japan, Asia, and English-speaking regions will let players from around the world test their strategies against one another.
