Godzilla, the King of the Monsters, has been known around the world since the first film in the series was released in 1954, and now Godzilla from across the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras is coming together as a bubblehead doll. Benelic Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will release the new capsule toy "Shaky! Bubblehead Doll Godzilla" (Shaky! バブルヘッドドール ゴジラ), a set of five designs at 500 yen per play (tax included), in stages from late November 2026 at capsule toy vending machine corners across Japan.
About "Shaky! Bubblehead Doll Godzilla" (5 Designs)
With the latest film "Godzilla Minus Zero" (ゴジラ-0.0) arriving in November 2026, Godzilla is drawing plenty of attention, and it now appears in capsule toy form as a bubblehead doll from the "Shaky!" series, with a head that wobbles.
The lineup features Godzilla as it appears in five films: "Mothra vs. Godzilla" (モスラ対ゴジラ), "Godzilla vs. Mothra" (ゴジラVSモスラ), "Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla" (ゴジラ×メカゴジラ), "Shin Godzilla" (シン・ゴジラ), and "Godzilla Minus One" (ゴジラ-1.0). Each figure is a deformed, three-dimensional version of Godzilla, with the sculpt and coloring unique to each film reproduced down to the fine details.
The figures are small enough to fit in the palm of a hand, yet the large head gives each one a strong presence, and the head-wobbling gimmick is another highlight. The dolls are suited to longtime Godzilla fans as well as those just getting to know the series.
About the "Shaky!" Series
"Shaky!" is a series that recreates bubblehead dolls (head-wobbling figures) inspired by American vintage goods in miniature size. Despite their small size, the figures feature careful sculpting and delicate coloring. The way they wobble when the head or body is touched feels somewhat nostalgic, yet many generations find it fresh and new.
