Starting February 25, 2026, Sharecafe — an experiential café concept that blends pop culture with food — has rolled out its "Limited Spring Edition" seasonal menu at its Harajuku and Hakata locations.
Limited Spring Edition
The seasonal concept traces a journey through spring: beginning with the crisp, early bloom of plum in late winter, then transitioning toward the soft fragrance of lavender as the season deepens. Five new items are available while supplies last.
1. Plum Oat Latte — ¥990 (tax included)
Oat milk is combined with tangy plum (baisu) syrup and layered in a soft pink gradient. The refreshing plum aroma makes it a fitting drink for the season.
2. Plum Matcha Oat Latte — ¥990 (tax included)
An unexpected pairing of deep, bitter matcha and tart plum, rounded out by oat milk. The combination of Japanese ingredients creates a layered, complex flavor.
3. Orange Lavender Sparkling Soda — ¥990 (tax included)
Calming lavender syrup is mixed generously with fresh orange purée, then finished with sparkling water. The effervescence highlights both the aromatic lavender and the juicy citrus in equal measure.
4. Orange Lavender Matcha Sparkling Soda — ¥990 (tax included)
The orange and lavender base gets an additional layer of matcha. The result is a sophisticated sparkling soda with citrus brightness, the umami of matcha, and a lingering lavender finish.
5. Sh-pring Sandwich (Asparagus, Shrimp & Spring) — ¥990 (tax included)
A savory fried bread roll built on a base of potato salad, topped with plump shrimp and asparagus. Pickled cherry blossoms add a seasonal accent, while a hidden garlic-butter sauce provides a rich finishing touch.
