Preparations are moving forward at Shirarahama Beach in Shirahama, Wakayama, ahead of SKY ART FESTIVAL 2026, taking place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, and produced by APAMAN Co., Ltd. and C&E Co., Ltd.
With three days left until the festival, the sandy beach at Shirarahama is seeing steady progress on the framework and roof of a large stage, along with the structures needed for lighting and sound equipment.
Viewing areas, entrance gates, and rest spaces will be set up next, gradually turning the familiar Shirarahama Beach into a one-day resort entertainment venue where visitors can enjoy live music, a sunset, and 8,000 musical fireworks all in a single day.
On the day of the event, a total of ten acts will perform, including YU-KI & DJ KOO from TRF, Tatsuya Ishii, DA PUMP, Rimi Natsukawa, and STU48. Tickets are currently on sale, with advance tickets available for purchase until 11:59 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026.
Large-Scale Stage Setup Progressing at Shirarahama Beach
At Shirarahama Beach, the venue for the festival, the base structure and steel frame of the large stage have been completed, along with the structures for lighting and sound equipment, and crews are now using a crane to install the roof.

Against the backdrop of Shirarahama's blue sea and white sand, the venue will be fitted out with a large stage, viewing areas, entrance gates, and rest spaces, creating a space where visitors can enjoy live music, a sunset, and musical fireworks throughout the day.
The photos in this article show the venue setup as of 10:30 AM on July 29, 2026.
