About SMALL WORLDS TOKYO
SMALL WORLDS TOKYO is one of the largest miniature museums in Asia, located in Ariake, Tokyo. The Shibuya area opened in June 2026, and the museum has nine areas in all, including the Space Center area, where a Saturn V rocket lifts off, and the Kansai International Airport area, where passenger planes come and go. The detailed 1/80-scale miniatures move, and visitors can find small stories in scenes that change their look between day and night and capture them in photos. A program lets visitors make a 3D figure that looks just like themselves and become a resident of the miniature world. Hands-on workshops that both children and adults can enjoy are also popular.
