Background
Previously, Suzuki Herb Laboratory products were sold through the company's own online store, as well as major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Rakuten, and through antenna shops and roadside stations in Ibaraki Prefecture.
With the growing spread of "social commerce"—where short-form video and purchasing are directly linked—the brand has expanded to TikTok Shop to give more consumers a closer look at how the products feel and what makes their ingredients special.
