The highlight of the dinner buffet is a live tuna dismantling show, in which the chef cuts up carefully selected tuna from Toyosu Market right in front of guests. Under the concept "SHIOMI Fish Market," the buffet offers a wide range of dishes that bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients, including tuna sashimi, fresh fish carpaccio, ceviche, and the "Umi no Sachi Nokke-don," a seafood rice bowl topped with seafood of your choice.

The "Winter Holiday Dinner Buffet 2026" lineup includes roast beef made with domestic beef, roast bone-in lamb, and garlic-roasted tuna collar. From New Year's Eve through the first three days of January, the buffet changes to the "New Year Dinner Buffet 2027," with osechi dishes, salt-baked sea bream, boiled crab, and other dishes to welcome the new year.

Inside the hotel, hands-on events add to the festive mood on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, including a lively mochi-pounding performance show, a matcha service that anyone can easily join, and a lion dance that brings good fortune for the new year.

A "New Year Stay Plan 2027" that combines the dinner buffet with breakfast is also available. After unwinding the year's fatigue in the spacious large public bath and sauna, guests can relax in their room. The next morning, a varied breakfast buffet awaits, including fluffy omelets served fresh from the open kitchen.
