NC Japan K.K. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jeong-su Kang), which operates the PC online game The Tower of AION, has rolled out the "RESONANCE" update on September 16, 2026 (Wednesday) and kicked off a commemorative event to mark the occasion.

Overview
To make The Tower of AION even more enjoyable and comfortable to play, NC Japan has implemented the new world "RESONANCE: A World That Resonates" on September 16 (Wednesday).
The update introduces a wealth of new content that makes the game even more compelling, including a new 18-player point-based battlefield called "Forgotten Adma Fortress," the "Lumiel's Apostle Weapon" for players chasing the ultimate challenge, a major overhaul of skills and stigmas, and new Wing Feather abilities.
The update also merges the Fregion and X servers, so more Daevas can meet and enjoy livelier adventures than ever before.
Players can bring the characters they have built up so far into this new world and enjoy it alongside new companions.

RESONANCE Commemorative Gift Campaign

Game Overview
This MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) officially launched service in July 2009 and is enjoyed in 60 countries and regions worldwide, including Asia, North America, and Europe.
The game features three races: Elyos, Asmodians, and Balaur. Through "flight," players can experience soaring in a 360-degree space where the "height" element is added to the traditional "width x length" dimensions. One of the game's highlights is the "Fortress War," a territorial battle between the Elyos and Asmodian races that takes place not only on the ground but also in the air.
