Adorable Japanese Jelly Inspired by Hinamatsuri's "Peach Festival"

Momokaoru Product

This Japanese-style jelly is made with Yoshino kudzu and contains pieces of domestic white peach. It's adorned with two-toned yokan cut into peach blossom shapes. With its smooth, plump texture and gentle peach aroma, this substantial spring-only delicacy offers a delightful eating experience.

The product can be stored at room temperature and enjoyed as is. It's perfect for Hinamatsuri celebrations and makes an excellent seasonal gift.

What is "Yoshino Kudzu"?

Yoshino Kudzu

Kudzu powder made using traditional methods passed down in the Yoshino region of Nara. The starch extracted from kudzu roots undergoes a process called "Yoshino sarashi," where it's repeatedly exposed to freezing underground water over 2 to 3 months for thorough drying. This creates a 100% kudzu natural food product with no additives, prized in Japanese confectionery and cuisine for its delicate, smooth texture, elasticity, and distinctive transparency.
