Netmarble has rolled out a major update for its vampire MMORPG VAMPIR (developed by Netmarble Neo Inc.), bringing the "Red Moon Festa" event, new growth content called the "Mausoleum," and a new solo PvE dungeon, "Naritsanie Valley."
Red Moon Festa Offers Lavish Rewards
From August 19 (Wednesday) through September 16 (Wednesday), the "Red Moon Festa" brings a lineup of events packed with rewards. Logging in during the campaign grants various items, including Recomposition Tickets.
A Red Moon Festa boss mission event also runs alongside the festa, offering a Hero-to-Legend Form / Mount Summon Selection Ticket. Commemorative events let players exchange currency earned in event dungeons for a new outfit, the "Immortal Progenitor's Ceremonial Robe."
New Growth Content: The Mausoleum
The newly added "Mausoleum" is growth content in which players contract with a "Gravekeeper" to send them on assignments, earning "Coffins" that contain a variety of items.
Simply holding "Coffin Cards" obtained by opening coffins — or completing a full collection of them — raises a player's stats. Placing Coffin Cards in all four Mausoleum slots also lets players gain the cards' stat bonuses.
New Solo PvE Dungeon: Naritsanie Valley
"Naritsanie Valley" is a solo PvE challenge dungeon where players fend off waves of monsters and bosses within a time limit. Clearing each stage unlocks tougher stages, letting players push their combat strength to the limit.
Special Live Stream Planned for August 26 to Mark One Month Since Japan Launch
To celebrate one month since VAMPIR's official Japan service launch, a special official live stream is scheduled for August 26 (Wednesday). The broadcast is planned as an opportunity to connect more closely with players, with further details to be announced on the official channels.
