A lottery sale for four event-limited original whisky bottles is set to open on March 25 at 12:00 PM for holders of admission tickets to the Whisky & Spirits Festival 2026 in Yokohama, a large-scale whisky and spirits tasting event taking place in April at PACIFICO Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture. Applications close on April 6 (Monday) at 5:00 PM.

Four Limited Original Bottles
In collaboration with four domestic distilleries and importers, four types of limited original whisky have been prepared for this event. All casks were selected specifically for the occasion and are bottled as single cask, cask strength expressions.
Three Japanese whiskies — Kanosuke, Shindo, and Niigata Kameda — are part of the "Hyakunin Isshu Series" private bottlings. The label artwork uses woodblock prints created by printmaker Tomoko Watanabe, inspired by verses from the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu, a celebrated anthology of 100 poems said to have been compiled by the court noble Fujiwara no Teika at his mountain retreat in Ogura during the late Heian to early Kamakura period.
The Scotch whisky Loch Lomond features an original label design.
All four bottles carry event-exclusive labels and are available only through lottery to holders of an admission ticket for the Whisky & Spirits Festival 2026 in Yokohama.

How to Apply for the Lottery
To enter the lottery, display the digital admission ticket and tap "Bottle Lottery Application" on the ticket screen. An application number printed on the ticket face is required to complete the application.
Each person may apply once per session using the admission ticket for that session. Those who have purchased tickets for multiple sessions may apply separately for each session.
If multiple tickets for the same session were purchased, each ticket can be entered separately after transferring the ticket to another person. Tickets can only be transferred to a different individual. If no transfer is made, only one application per session can be submitted regardless of the number of tickets held.
Notes:
- An application number printed on the ticket is required to enter the lottery.
- One application covers all four bottle types in a single submission.
- Ticket transfers cannot be made to the same person as the original purchaser.
- Payment is by cash on delivery upon receipt. Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees of ¥1,330 (tax included) apply per bottle. Each bottle is shipped individually, so separate fees apply per shipment even when multiple bottles are purchased.
- Applications found to be fraudulent will be invalidated.
- Applications for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
- Applications can be modified (changed or cancelled) via Google Form while the application period is open.
- No changes or cancellations are accepted after lottery results are announced.
- Inquiries regarding lottery results will not be answered.
- Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan; no international shipping is available.

About the Whisky Festival
The Whisky Festival is a large-scale tasting event bringing together whiskies and spirits from around the world. Around 80 to 100 exhibitors — including distilleries, manufacturers, importers, retailers, and bars from Japan and overseas — set up booths where visitors can sample a wide variety of whiskies, both free of charge and for a fee. Food and whisky-related merchandise are also available for purchase. The event is open to anyone aged 20 or over and welcomes all fans of whisky and spirits.
The Whisky Festival began in 2007 and has grown steadily in scale, with regular editions held in Tokyo and Osaka, themed events such as "Bourbon & American Whisky Festival" and "Bottlers' Whisky Festival," and regional editions in response to local enthusiasm, including Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Nagano, and Kiyosato. Since 2024, the Yokohama edition has been held under the "Whisky & Spirits Festival in Yokohama" banner, expanding the focus beyond whisky to include distilled spirits from around the world.
Note: Nearly 80% of the whiskies and spirits at exhibitor booths can be sampled free of charge. Some rare and high-value expressions are available at a fee. Food booths and merchandise are sold separately. Tasting options vary by exhibitor.
