Voyage de Fruits is Yokumoku's aged fruitcake, made by turning homemade aged fruits such as orange peel and apple — slowly steeped for months in liqueur and spices — into a paste and kneading it into financier batter. The autumn-limited Marron flavor is piped with rich chestnut cream and topped with glossy chestnuts simmered in their skins (shibukawa-ni) and La France pear. The mellow flavor and aroma of the aged fruit layer with the richness of butter for a deep, complex taste. Enjoy this season-limited flavor woven from autumn ingredients.
