Daimaru Tokyo, directly connected to Tokyo Station, is now spotlighting three new sweet brands. Among them, "Cheese is..." is making its first appearance — a brand that pursues the infinite possibilities of cheese, starting from the question: "What does cheese mean to you?" Alongside it, Queen's City and Monnaka Dorayaki Dorayama round out a diverse and enticing lineup.
"Cheese is..." — Cheese Financier Rich
Cheese Financier Rich (4 pieces) — ¥1,188 (tax included) / Room temperature storage
Floor 1 MVP Sweets (near central entrance), Floor 1 MAP1

A luxurious financier with the rich, refined depth of Camembert cheese. Its fragrant aroma is a treat for cheese lovers, making it a fitting choice for an afternoon tea moment or as a thoughtful gift. The recipe uses Camembert cheese for 75% of the cheese powder content.
Monnaka Dorayaki Dorayama — Black Dorayaki
Black Dorayaki (1 piece) — ¥299 (tax included) / Room temperature storage
Floor 1 Weekly Select Sweets 2, MAP3
Available until June 16 (Tuesday)

A classic dorayaki from Monnaka Dorayaki Dorayama, a shop tucked away in the backstreets near Monzen-Nakacho's approach — a neighborhood regarded as a sacred place for Japanese sweets. The fluffy hand-baked skin wraps premium Tokachi azuki bean paste from Hokkaido, with each piece carefully crafted by artisans.
Queen's City — Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake (1 piece) — ¥590 (tax included) / Refrigerated
Floor 1 Weekly Select Sweets, MAP2

Queen's City's signature item is the "aged scone," which recreates 18th-century British baking methods to bring out the concentrated aroma of wheat. The "Love Carrot Cake" balances the fragrant warmth of spices and the natural sweetness of carrot, paired with a rich rum raisin butter cream. Traditional "fudge" that melts on the tongue completes a classic British teatime experience.
