Around Kichijoji Station, there is a wide variety of dining options, from long-established izakayas to modern dining bars, making it possible to enjoy casual bar hopping at two or three different places within walking distance. Mitaka Station, on the other hand, offers a calmer atmosphere, with cozy izakayas and small bars where you can relax alongside locals. Since there are only a few restaurants near the museum itself, the main nightlife options are centered around the station areas.
