◆Aomori Prefecture – Food & Nightlife

In Aomori City, the Honcho district is the prefecture's largest nightlife hub, with izakayas and snack bars serving scallops, squid, and other seafood paired with local sake. In Hirosaki, the castle town atmosphere sets the stage for calm taverns, and apple-based cocktails are a local specialty. Hachinohe is famous for its "yokocho" alleys, such as Nagayokocho and Miroku Yokocho, lined with tiny pubs perfect for bar hopping.

Across Tsugaru and Shimokita, local izakayas highlight regional flavors and warm hospitality, making nightlife in Aomori both diverse and inviting.

Some places may not speak English, but with a local guide you can relax and enjoy. In certain areas, bars may be limited, so we will check if bar hopping is possible. Please feel free to book.
